DoubleVerify and Dentsu Thailand Forge Strategic Partnership to Elevate Digital Media Quality and Performance

BANGKOK – July 1, 2025 — DoubleVerify (“DV”) (NYSE: DV), the leading software platform to verify media quality, optimize ad performance, and prove campaign outcomes, and Dentsu Thailand today announced a partnership to deploy DoubleVerify’s solutions for Dentsu’s clients to serve digital media quality, measurement, and performance, including fraud detection to protect media waste.

According to DAAT and Kantar, Thailand’s total online advertising expenditure in 2024 exceeds 30 billion baht, reflecting an 8% increase from 2023. This growth is attributed to the gradual recovery of the national economy and heightened competition within the digital landscape. The market is projected to continue its upward trajectory, with spending expected to approach 35 billion baht in 2025, representing a double-digit growth rate. Meta ( Facebook and Instagram Ads) is anticipated to retain the largest share of ad spend at 26%, despite a slight dip from 28% in 2023. TikTok Ads, experiencing significant growth, is projected to reach 5 billion baht in spending, securing the second-largest share at 16%, followed by YouTube Ads at 15%.
Through this partnership, Dentsu Thailand will gain access to tailored, dedicated support and strategic guidance from DV as the agency activates its robust suite of solutions for clients, including brand suitability, fraud prevention, viewability, and contextual activation tools.
