Creating Safe Spaces That Build Psychological Safety and Belonging

The DEI Council builds ongoing programming to foster better understanding across our diverse employees. This includes educational sessions, bystander training and safe space discussions to foster inclusion and belonging. We partner with DV's culture team as well as our marketing department to work cross-functionally to highlight global holidays and events and shine a spotlight on our varied employee experiences and histories.


Celebrating Authenticity and Diversity in All Its Forms

The DEI Council celebrates our diverse workforce and works to foster better understanding across the organization. We have hosted panels for Black History Month, Women’s History Month and Pride Month.


Empowering Others to Trailblaze Through Innovation and Collaboration

The DEI Council aims to bring out the best in every employee so that we can collectively make an impact in the industry through our energy and talent. To do so, we’ve created formal structures to ensure every employee at DV can create ideas and provide feedback directly to the DEI Council.
