DV knows that words are not enough. We must also act. We have taken the following steps to combat social injustice, and to promote listening and learning among employees:

  • Made a series of a donations to organizations that support diversity and racial justice, such as the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) Legal Defense and Educational Fund
  • Augmented our training and leadership programming to include additional content around diversity, inclusion, belonging and unconscious bias
  • Formed employee-led discussion groups
  • Created a shared space for recommended articles, books, videos, podcasts and other resources
  • Made our commitment public through social and digital channels – something we will continue to support over time, including through events
