DoubleVerify Granted Third Consecutive ABC Certification for its Ad Blocking Solution
Solidifies DV leadership in protecting brands online
LONDON – 6 May 2015 – DoubleVerify (“DV”), the recognized leader in digital performance solutions, today announced it has received certification from ABC (www.abc.org.uk) — for the third consecutive year — for the company’s content verification (CV) real-time impression quality ad blocking solution, ensuring online display and video advertisements are only delivered on the type of content approved by the advertiser – both at the site and page level. This re-certification also highlights the unique capabilities of the DV display and video ad blocking technology.
“Receiving this ABC certification for the third consecutive year reaffirms the DV commitment to building quality solutions that protect brands in real-time for all their display and video campaigns,” says Wayne Gattinella, CEO of DoubleVerify. “This validation of the DV Impression Quality blocking solution from ABC, the UK’s authority on media measurement, further solidifies our mission to build a better industry by delivering solutions that drive higher performance for digital advertisers.”
“Congratulations to DoubleVerify for completing their Content Verification (CV) technology testing. Their ABC certificate clearly shows how their product performs against the industry-agreed JICWEBS principles for CV tools in the area of brand safety online. This will provide the transparency and reassurance advertisers need to invest further in online media,” says Jerry Wright, ABC, Chief Executive.
DV received its initial ABC certification in February 2013 and it was re-accredited in May 2014. The DV Impression Quality suite provides the highest level of brand safety, fraud protection and ad impression delivery in market with an intricate set of content avoidance categories and fraud detection capabilities to protect advertisers from serving ads in environments which don’t meet their desired criteria.
